About John
After a 40+ year career in Field Engineering, Sales/Marketing, and Business Development Consulting I retired to Taos NM in 2016. A year of inactivity encouraged me to start a new career in Real Estate and from 2017 to present I have progressed from Associate Broker, to Qualifying Boker, to Managing/Qualifying Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Taos and Angel Fire. My focus is on Buyers, but like most small resort town Brokers I also work with Sellers. I am the designated Broker for Chevron Mining, and have sold several thousand acres of excess land for them. My goal is to be the Foreever Broker to my clients, and this has resulted in selling the same property more than once where I initially brought a Buyer, then that Buyer became a Seller to me. I spend as much time as is necessary with my clients, and there is no rush to find and close a transaction. Not just "any" property will do, it has to be the "right" property.
